Refund and Returns Policy

At Pets plus we work hard to make your shopping on-line experience with us as convenient as possible. If you do wish to return your purchase, we are happy to accept returns provided that the goods are unused, are not damaged and within 14 days of receiving them. The foregoing outlines our conditions of return.

  1. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us by post. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should keep proof of postage. 
  2. The goods must be in perfect, saleable condition. All goods returns are subject to approval.
  3. If you continue to use a product after finding a fault, it is assumed that you are accepting the goods in their damaged state and Pets plus will therefore not accept them as a return.
  4. In some circumstances, manufacturers may wish to examine the goods for their own records and therefore, replacements may not be sent out until it is deemed that the original goods were defective.
  5. Goods being returned to Pets plus are the responsibility of the sender; we recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage. Pets plus will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.
  6. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges online however it can be exchanged in store.
  7. Refunds will be made on receipt of returned goods and credited by the same method as the original payment.
  8. Should there be an omission or error with your order, or in the rare event that goods have been damaged in transit please notify us by email or phone immediately. All shortages and omissions must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received it will be inspected and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you will have to return your order and re order the desirable size or colour.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
