Frigera Yak Cheese Sticks
Want to offer your sweet four-legged friend a traditional and hand-crafted hypoallergenic treat from the other side of the world? Don’t look any further, friGERA yak cheese fits the bill perfectly! Hand-crafted with the utmost care by local Himalayan farmers, these almost lactose-free cheese sticks are made by pressing out the water in buttermilk and drying it over a low temperature fire. This artisanal product is low in fat (with zero trans fats!) and very high in protein, casein as well as magnesium, calcium and antioxidants, making it a healthier alternative to other chewing treats. As if that’s not enough, the list of benefits continues: they contain no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives and are rich in omega 3, which can improve your dog’s skin and coat health! Moreover, they are a natural probiotic, which can improve gut health in your dog. Given the fact that your dog has to chew a while to soften the cheese, it’s not only a perfect dental treat, but also an ideal way to keep it occupied for longer periods. We have yak cheese in multiple sizes, so there’s a variant for every dog! Pro tip: if you have any remaining pieces after your dog has chewed up the rest, just throw them in the microwave for 30-45 seconds and puff them up like popcorn to create a new, crunchy treat!
